TOP 10 MLM

MLM COMPANIES TRUST DAANI MLM SOFTWARE FOR THEIR BUSINESS

You hear a lot of companies claim that they made the list of the top 10 MLM companies or they have distributors that got voted as the top trainers in the industry. If you are like me then your first thing you are thinking is that this is a pretty high achievement, especially when there are thousands of companies out there. Well what exactly does it mean if your company (or the company that you are researching) lands on the list of top 10 MLM companies?

It really doesn't mean a whole lot, I am actually involved with one of those companies, but guess how a company lands on those lists? They vote themselves into it. What will happen is that the company will find such a list (or the list will find them) and then they will send messages to all of their distributors and tell them to vote for their company. Then voila your company is one of the top 10 MLM companies out there.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of so called "Top 10" lists out there for many different things so there is nothing wrong with it. I just think those lists are something that you should put into context. After all they sound good.

So how do you know when a MLM company is good or not...well you should know that there are many, many good companies out there. Another thing you should know is that a great company for me may not be great for you and vise versa.

Also you should know that there are many not so good companies out there...so be careful!

One thing that I like to look for in a company is that they are relatively new...what does that mean? Good question. You have to weigh risk (as there is more risk for a new company, ie. It may go out of business) with opportunity.

On the other hand if the company is old then they may be hard to sell because everyone has already heard of them.

I would also consider it good if the company has a "first to market" product or service. In other words if you start with a company that has just one of the 100 versions of that product then it may also be a hard sell.

Don't forget about leadership...make sure that the company that you represent has not only great corporate leadership (ie. CEO, President, etc.) but they should also have great field leadership, distributors just like you that know what it takes to be successful and (this ones a biggie) they are reachable. You don't want to get into a company where all the top distributors have retired and never help you.

There are many other things to consider as well...like compensation plan, growth, product appeal, number of open markets, price and so on.

But perhaps the single most important thing that you should be looking for in a company is how it appeals to YOU! Make sure that you are passionate about it...as Brian Tracy would say "it has to Grab Ya!" If it doesn't Grab Ya then don't get involved, like I said there are many great companies out there to choose from so choose the one that best suits you.

So the next time that you see a list of top 10 MLM companies out there (or the top 10 of anything) You might want to consider the source...my guess is that the source is more concerned about getting traffic to their site then giving you an unbiased list of the top 10 MLM companies.
